Return Policy


We truly appreciate your business and want you to be 100% satisfied. If not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 25 days of shipment date for a refund, or exchange. Refunds are for the value of the equipment only. Both outbound and return shipping are your responsibility.

The original outbound postage will be deducted from your refund If you received free shipping on your purchase.

To avoid a restocking fee

A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required on your box before you can return it. Use the Contact Us link to make this request for a RA#


General Return Instructions

Upon return, your item(s) will be checked thoroughly; those found to have excessive use time or wear will be charged a minimum restocking fee of 10%.


Returning Defective Items

Damaged in Transit

Your order is carefully packed and shipped via USPS. If an item arrives damaged:
Contact us within 72 hours for instructions. You must keep the original shipping box to proof of damage or the insurance claim will be denied.


Restocking Fees

To avoid restocking fees, be sure all original contents and packaging are returned.
Please be advised that return and restocking fees may apply if damage is not a result of shipping.


Delivery Unclaimed / Undeliverable / Refused

If the carrier returns an item because it was unclaimed or undeliverable, additional postage will be requried before reshipping.
If the carrier returns an item because it was refused a 10% restocking fee will apply if preapproval has not been made.


Returned Mouthpieces

All returned mouthpieces will have an automatic 20% restocking fee assessed to their refund.
